WCs and baby care rooms
The Market Hall’s lavatories are on the 2nd floor. The accessible lavatory and baby care room are on the 1st floor near the entrance on the Siltakatu side. The toilets are free of charge and are opened with a number code. You can ask for the number code from any store or security guard in the Market Hall.
Access to the Market Hall after 9 pm
After 9 pm, the Market Hall can only be accessed through the entrance on the Kauppakatu side. After 9 pm, the Market Hall’s interior spaces have an age limit of 18.
Lost property service
Pohjois-Karjalan Löytötavarapalvelut Oy picks up lost-and-found items once a week from Vispiläkauppa, where you can deliver any found items. Customers can enquire about lost and found items by calling +358 600 550 127 (€1.99/min + local network charge) or by visiting Raatekankaantie 4, 80100 Joensuu.

- The Toriparkki car park has plenty of parking spaces, and best of all, you can use the P1 entrance to take the stairs or lift directly to the Joensuu Market Hall! Toriparkki also has charging stations for electric cars. Read more about parking
Can I visit the Market Hall with a dog?
- You can bring your dog with you when shopping indoors. You can find dog-friendly seating on the outdoor terrace.

Can I access the 2nd floor terrace in the morning?
- The 2nd floor terrace is intended for use by VENN customers and opens at the same time as VENN.
