Payment machines
- The payment machines are at the pedestrian areas of the car park.
- Cash and Amex are not accepted as a payment method at the payment machines.
- After payment, you have 15 minutes to leave.

Parking in disabled parking spaces
A disabled parking permit does not automatically entitle you to free parking.
- Currently, longer-term and free-of-charge disabled parking passes for the Market Hall can be redeemed at the Sokos Joensuu service point with a disabled parking permit.
- The permits must be in order before parking in the property.

- P4, Kauppakatu (no lift) NB! The door is open every day from 7 am to 8 pm. The P2 and P3 pedestrian access routes are available at night.
